Good Afternoon Costumer Service . Due to this Corona virus pandemic our family trip to Manila, Philippines last June 29, 2020 was cancelled with flight number KUSW-8385336. Our ticket # 6957442733993 with the total cost of $2,013.52 good for 2 adults and 2 kids which I booked and purchased last February 04,2020 at vayama .com. I only recieved $460 from vayama.com as a refund.Please realease the remaining refund in the amount of $1,643.52.
