TUI Cancellation Policy | Cancel a Flight & Request Refund

Suppose you cancel the reservation or fail to show up on the day of departure. However, ticket costs will be refunded to the passenger once the written request is made within three months from the date of the cancellation. However, a fixed fee of €35 will undoubtedly be deducted. That is the fixed administrative cost. Before the flight's departure date, you must inform TUI about the cancellation in writing. Make sure that you have mentioned the booking number. Only on a business day during the shift time can you make the cancellation. From Monday to Saturday, business hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Ensure that you have canceled within this time. If you have canceled outside this time, it will be processed on the next working day. 

How can I cancel my TUI Flight Online? 

Before making the cancellation, you must ensure that you followed the TUI flight cancellation within 24 hours. That will make sure that you save your hard-earned money. 
  • Open the TUI's official website. 
  • Tap the "Manage Booking" button. 
  • Enter the code of the TUI booking and the name of the passenger. 
  • Press the button search. 
  • Soon you'll see the reservation you made. 
  • Now you only need to open the booking and select the "Cancellation" option. 
After choosing the cancellation option, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation you made. 

Is there a cancellation fee for TUI? 

To understand the cancellation fee conditions, you need to read the TUI's cancellation policy given below. That'll let you know the cancellation fee you might need to pay. In case you didn't make the cancellation or you didn't show up at the airport. Then you're not going to be eligible to get the refund. That means your ticket amount was the cancellation fee you paid. If you cancel your ticket within twenty-four hours of the booking, you'll be able to make the cancellation free of cost. 
  • On average, you would need to pay $50 for the cancellation. However, the actual cost will ultimately depend on your booking type. 
  • If the days reach more than 70 days, you loss your whole amount.
  • If the days are in between 69-63, you will be charged 30% of the booking price.
  • You can undoubtedly claim the refund if you cancel by following the cancellation policy. Then you're entirely eligible for the refund. 
  • When days are in between 28-15, you will be charged 90% of the total booking price.

Can I get a refund on my TUI flights?

To claim the refund, open the official TUI website. 
  • Now make the selection of search options. 
  • Write a refund form and press the search button of search. 
  • Now you'll come across the refund form. 
Now you only need to open the refund form and fill it out. In this manner, you'll be able to get the resolution shortly. Once you have claimed the refund, you will receive the refund in your account within seven to fourteen working days.
