Singapore Airlines Flight Change: Policy and Fee

Passengers can make any changes in their flight with Singapore airlines within 24 hours of booking, which will be free of cost. For further details, read below: 
  • You can make unlimited changes in your flight; airlines allow their passengers to make changes up to 31st May 2022. 
  • If you change your flight and the new flight fare is expensive, you have to make the additional charges even if you have to make changes within 24 hours of booking. 
  • The Singapore airline changes charges in attributes in time, date, or the route change are non-refundable. 
  • When the new flight is cheaper than the other flight, then the rest fees will be refunded to you. 

How to make changes to Your Singapore Flight Tickets?

Some steps will help you to make changes to your Singapore flight ticket; below are the following:-
 
Date change- if you book your flight with the official website, you can easily make changes. Firstly, open the manage my flight and then select the flight. If you commenced your travel and the flight is waitlisted, you can use the help form option. 
 
Destination changes- If you want to change your destination and where the tickets were booked with the flight credit or had a redemption upgrade or modification, you can use the assistance request form. 
 
Due to unforeseen circumstances- the Assistance request form can also be used to refund your unused portion of your ticket when flight cancellation, covid-19 favorable, or international border closure.
 
For add-ons support- if you make the payment for add-ons for additional pieces of baggage or seats, then that will be dependable- 
 
When the date changes- the additional baggage will be transferable to the new flight. And the extra seat can also be transferable to a new flight if available. 
 
While changing destination- all the add-ons of baggage or seat can be refundable. If you want the add-on, you must select the additional seats and pieces of baggage on your new flight. 

How many times can I change my Singapore Airlines flight? 

You can make unlimited changes in your flight dates before 31st May 2022 and waiver all the change fees. After that, if you make changes after 31st May, then you will get just a single time change. You must pay the charges if you change more than 1-2 times.

What is the flight change fee at Singapore Airlines?

Two charges depend on your flight changes like the date, time, destination, or route changes. Below are the following:-
  • If you change the date or time in Singapore airlines, then the charges that you have to pay the USD 25. 
  • If passengers change cabin class, routes, and the award type on a Singapore flight. 
Passengers can make any changes to the flight within 24 hours of booking, and if you make the changes after that, you have to pay some fees and the service charges.
