I had to cancel our wedding in Mexico due to Coronavirus and have been calling, emailing, facebook messenging Volaris for a full week now and cannot get any assistance at all. We want to change our flights to April 2021 when we had to reschedule our wedding and no one will help. Half the time their phones are down, or you are disconnected after waiting on hold for 10 minutes. No response to emails. Facebook messenger (which they suggest) says you can change your flights on the website but the only dates offered are April 7 of 2020 which is just a week after our original flights and we are supposed to be in a self-quarantine. No one will help us and we have about 30 friends in the same situation who were all coming to the wedding and no one can get through or get any assistance. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.
i have been an advocate for mexico travel for 15 years and have always insisted that my guests use only Volaris but after tonight with 3 hrs of trying to reach someone by phone to change my flight and only on hold then hang up I will now insist they do not use volaris
We been calling Volaris all week to because we received a email that if we change the fight there will be no fees. I been calling and calling to change do to the coronas virus but no answer they are really good to take your money I have always used them to travel to Mexico but I will be my last time, Volaris just lost 6 adults that used them 3-4 times a year. I expected better repose from a them.
This airline will take your money but will not contact you to say the flight is cancelled they then tell you to call them but dont answer the phone. I will never book with them again
We have flown Volaris to and from Mexico. They have offered to allow us to change our March 21 flight to a later date and although there is no change fee the price was double what we originally paid. We now are trying to find out about a return flight for March 28,2020. When checking on the reservations our reservation number is coming up invalid and I am unable to get into My Trips section of the web site. Hope to be able to find out what is going on.
I am one of many dissatisfied Volaris customers. The resort we were staying at in Cabo called us to cancel, we are not allowed to stay there due to the coronavirus. We easily rescheduled with them for October. The volaris website claims we can change our flight but when searching there are exactly "NO available flights" and when we call, there is an automated message that repeats itself about making changes online and then disconnects. Wishing we would have booked our flight out of San Diego versus TJ, there were more flight options through TJ and now we are paying the price.
I am very dissatisfied with the help for change my flight the agent said I need to pay $75.00 for the change and the new regulation because the Coronavirus is not charge for any cancelation or change, I hope this is not the Company to do this fraud
No help at all. Change is allowed online only if you can reschedule, so cannot even get a credit !!!
probably the worst airline out there, my grandfather passed away after we had booked him a flight to come stay with us. in there guidelines it states that they are able to refund us, they refuse to refund us and gave us credit for a future flight that expires next month, how are we even suppose to book a flight under these circumstance... please explain that to me.
