    • I am trying to change passenger name on a previously cancelled flight by yourselves due to COVID, I have changed the flight date using the voucher successfully but when I try to change the passenger name (having watched the desktop journey video) does not leave you allow you to SELECT THE NAME, i.e. does not allow you to click the box if the name passenger I intend to change. Your chat option does not work and calling you on 2 numbers: 442035145823 and 035315825932 after saying line is busy goes dead, does not allow you even to wait. Surely you can make this easier for your clients!, any suggestions?
