    • I have been trying to redeem a voucher for cash. I booked the trip before the covid and at that time i had a different email address. When i put in my booking reference and my email address it tells me that it is incorrect . i want to redeem my voucher for cash and i cant do it. my ref number is ldp8te and the email used at time of booking was mgore60@eircom.net and that no longer exists.     • I am trying to change passenger name on a previously cancelled flight by yourselves due to COVID, I have changed the flight date using the voucher successfully but when I try to change the passenger name (having watched the desktop journey video) does not leave you allow you to SELECT THE NAME, i.e. does not allow you to click the box if the name passenger I intend to change. Your chat option does not work and calling you on 2 numbers: 442035145823 and 035315825932 after saying line is busy goes dead, does not allow you even to wait. Surely you can make this easier for your clients!, any suggestions?
