    • On 17-11-2021 my flight was supposed from milan to istanbul (PC 1212) but ryanair refused me during boarding as they told me that i need Italy visa to proceed so i called pegasus customer service and they cancelled my scheduled flight. Further i was supposed also to return from istanbul to Milan from pegasus flight on 21.11.2021 and that has also been canceled because of the situation. So i booked turkish airline from London to directly proceed. Please refund me for this compensation
