What if Jetblue Flight is Cancelled?
There are times when JetBlue cancels the flight due to some emergency; in that case, either the passenger gets the total refund or else JetBlue provides re-accommodation at no additional charge on the next available flights.
Suppose JetBlue cancels the flight with another available transportation option within one hour. In that case, passengers are eligible for the JetBlue compensation for canceled flights through credit which can be used for future travel. If the cancellation is made within four hours of the flight, $50 is credited as compensation. In contrast, if the cancellation is made after the scheduled departure, $100 is credited as the compensation amount.

Jetblue provides JetBlue compensation for delayed flights regardless of all types of delays. Some of them are listed below-
The flight is delayed due to a situation that JetBlue could control; then, compensation is initiated in credit for future travel.
If the delay time is 3-3:59 hours, then credit is $50.
If the delay time is 4-4:59 hours, then credit is $100.
If the delay time is 5-5:59 hours, then credit is $150.
If the delay time is6 or more hours, then credit is $200.
Onboard ground delay in departure-
If the passengers witness Onboard ground delay while departure, compensation is initiated in credit for future travel.
If the delay time is 3-4:59 hours, then credit is $100.
If the delay time is 5-5:59 hours, then credit is $175.
If the delay time is 6 or more hours, then credit is $250.
Onboard ground delay on arrival –
if the passengers witness onboard ground delay, compensation is initiated in credit for future travel.
If the delay time is 1-1:59 hours, then credit is $50.
If the delay time is 2-2:59 hours, then credit is $125.
If the delay time is 3 or more hours, then credit is $200.
