    • I received an emailed from your airline, Asiana last March 16, 2020 re cancellation of our flight OZ 701 reservation/booking no. 6258-1081 MFW 27L for April 23,2020 reason of which was NO OPERATIONS. I was directed to contact the travel agency directly. For the past 3 months I have been calling the agency, being on the line upto six hours, being hung up, etc. to no avail. I am now directly appealing to Asiana to act on the status of our refund. Thank you. Ruby R. Atillo
