The passengers of Austrian Airlines are provided the right by EC 261 regulation to claim for Austrian Airline's reimbursement at the time of delay, overbooked flight, or canceled flight for whom the passengers are not responsible. They also have the right to claim for their past flights, and they can claim for the flights in the past 3 years.

The airline should have to provide the care to the passengers mentioned below in the event of a long delay or flight cancellation.

  • Meals and drinks
  • Different occasions in which you will be allowed to maintain the communication with an individual of your choice (Calls, emails, etc.)
  • If necessary, they will also be provided with the hotel accommodation as well as transport from the airport to the hotel.
