  • Six Passengers per departure of Business/First class 
  • Ten per passenger per departure, where few passengers travel in Economy and few in First/ Business class 
  • This group is secured by deferred payment and requires you to materialize around 80 % of the total size of the group. 
Allotments (Series/ Negotiated Space)
 
This type of group booking consists of a minimum of 4-10 seats booked daily, weekly, or monthly patterns for a specific time (travel seasons) and allocated to the tour operator via a contract. 
  • This group has a signing contract, and the materialization required is based on the travel seasons. 
  • The allotments are of two types. 
  • One is a group series consisting of Ad Hoc groups. Because of its volume, it is handled like a series with different situations. 
  • The Second is Negotiated Space, similar to the series that sells out differently. It is available for Amadeususer agents because of its functionality.
