    • I have had difficulty filing for a refund of recently cancelled trip to Dublin Ireland. Your website continues to ask for a ticket number which I do not have. Further research tells me that a ticket number is only issued when frequent flyer miles are use to bu a ticket. My itinerary #72066087435010 and confirmation is HV4RBG. Can you provide me a ticket number and an email address to supply the refund form for reimbursement. I was quarantined for Covid and also my passport did not arrive and still have not got it. which I understand are qualifying circumstances
