You should also carry a letter with a sign from the public health official stating that you have now recovered and are cleared for travel.

As per the new guidelines and Covid travel rules on Singapore airlines, all travelers, irrespective of their nationality, should submit an electronic health declaration within three days before arriving in Singapore.
