Jet Airways has introduced 'Zero Penalty Fees' for changes or cancellations if made within 24 hours of booking on jetairways.com or the Jet Airways mobile app. You can now enjoy complete peace of mind as there is the freedom to change or cancel your travel itinerary within 24 hours of booking. You can cancel or amend your booking by simply using the Manage Booking facility on the website jetairways.com.
You must make bookings on jetairways.com or jet airways mobile app for zero penalty fee. You can cancel or change within 24 hours from the booking creation and you must do it using the Manage Booking Facility on jetairways.com. In case you make a change to the booking, only the penalty fees will be waived off. Any additional amount you need to pay due to the increase in fare and this will be charged to the guest.
